 There has been an overwhelming number
of vessels applying to join the festival fleet. All the berthing space is now allocated and it is regretted that no
further applications can be accepted.
Successfull applicants will receive a Captain's Handbook, IFOS 2005 pennant and registration number
in May 2005 to display on their craft in order to gain entry.
